| Abstract: | The mutton process history both horne and baroad was traced,the statusquo,development trend,suggestions and prospect of mouton further process were discussed.It suggested that developing mutton further process was the only way to keep goat industry healthy and form complete industrial chains in Jiangsu coastal areas. |
