| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产,近两年成了社科研究领域使用频率极高的新名词.结合地域与研究特性,本文对非物质文化遗产的概念和特点进行了某些延伸拓展.并在分析新疆,特别是环塔里木非物质文化遗产的现状之后,提出了对环塔里木非物质文化遗产的抢救措施,对高校在这一抢救活动中所肩负的历史重任,以及采取的措施也做了相应的论述.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the Intangible Cultural Heritage becomes a new term used frequently in the domain of the social scientific research.This paper extends the concept and characteristics of the Intangible Cultural Heritage considering the region and the researching specialty.The author also suggests some rescuing-measures of safegarding the heritage around the Tarim basin and puts the important role of universities. |
