低温和湿度胁迫对盛铃期Bt棉叶片Bt蛋白表达量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,以转Bt基因的常规品种DP410B和泗抗1号、杂交种岱杂1号和泗抗3号为材料,探讨盛铃期18℃低温下不同湿度对Bt棉叶片Bt蛋白表达量的影响。结果表明,2010年,低温下90%、70%、50%这3种湿度胁迫6 h后,DP410B和岱杂1号叶片Bt蛋白含量比各自对照(温度为常温,湿度70%)显著降低,但泗抗1号和泗抗3号没有显著变化;2011年,当低温下90%、50%湿度胁迫时间延长至48 h后,4个品种叶片中Bt蛋白含量比各自对照均显著下降。其中岱杂1号和DP410B在胁迫12h后便开始显著低于各自对照,而泗抗1号和泗抗3号则在24 h以后才显著低于对照。说明随低温和湿度胁迫时间延长,Bt棉叶片中Bt蛋白含量下降效应逐渐增大,但不同品种间存在一定差异。

Abstract:The object of this study was to investigate the effect of stresses of 18 ℃ and different relative humidity on the Bt protein content in leaves at the bolling stage for Bt cotton. Two cultivars(DP410B and Daiza 1) from US and two cultivars (Sikang 1 and Sikang 3) from China were used as materials. The potted cotton plants were stressed at 18 ℃ and different relative humidity (50%, 70% and 90%) for 6 hours and 48 hours, respectively. The results showed that in 2010, contrasted with control (temperature was 25-30 ℃ and humidity was 70%), the short period(6 h) stress of 18 ℃ and different relative humidity reduced the Bt protein content in leaves of DP410B and Daiza 1 significantly, respectively, but had no effects on that of Sikang 1 and Sikang 3. However, after longer period (48 h) stress of 18 ℃ and different relative humidity in 2011, the leaf Bt protein content for the four cultivars reduced significantly than that for the control, respectively. Under the low temperature and different relative humidity stresses, the Bt protein content for DP410B and Dazai 1 reduced sharply at 12 h after being stressed and more than those for Sikang 1 and Sikang 3. Findings indicate that in high or low relative humidity under low temperature condition, Bt protein content in leaves decrease with prolonged stress time. But the decreased ranges are differences among different cultivars.
