中国部分棉区棉花轮纹斑病病原菌“种”的初步鉴定

摘    要:从中国棉花主产区部分地区采集棉轮纹斑病叶,分离获得17个致病链格孢(Alternaria spp.)菌株。根据链格孢菌菌体和孢子形态学观察结果,结合ITS序列测定和分析结果,明确A1等16个菌株为链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata),A3菌株为大孢链格孢菌(Alternaria macrospore)。

Abstract:17 Alternaria isolates were obtained from two municipalities,an autonomous region and four provinces in China. To clarify the species of them, both observation on morphological characteristics and ITS sequencing were used. The results showed that 16 isolates including A1 etc. were identified as Alternaria alternata, and A3 isolate was identified as Alternaria macrospore.
