摘    要:针对粮食就仓干燥的特点,提出一套由太阳能辅助热泵干燥装置、通风地上笼送风系统以及粮食翻滚搅拌机械组成的就仓干燥工艺,可实现粮食就仓干燥的低能耗性、短周期性、均匀性等。以昆明地区为试验基地,设计制造了一套太阳能辅助热泵就仓干燥系统,分析了其运行性能与干燥能耗情况。给定条件下,初步研究结果表明,太阳能分数为15%,系统COPS可以达到5.19,而单位能耗除湿量可以达到3.05kg/kWh。

Abstract:For grain-bin drying,a storage drying process has been developed,which involves a set of solar-assisted heat pump,ventilation systems and grain mechanical stir.In this way,low-power consumption,short cycle time and uniformity can be achieved in the drying process.A solar-assisted heat pump on the dry storage systems has been designed and manufactured in a grain depot of Yunnan.The energy consumption performance of the unit is analyzed.Under given condition,the initial research result shows that solar fraction of the unit is higher than 15%,system COPS is 5.19,and the SMER can reach 3.05 kg/kWh.
