非常规植物蛋白原料替代豆粕在生长肥育猪饲料中的应用效果研究

摘    要:试验选择50日龄体重为16kg的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪120头,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20头,进行单因子试验。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组饲喂非常规植物蛋白原料替代约50%豆粕+生物蛋白专用酶(Bio-Protein-Specific Enzyme,BPSE)0.12%。试验结果表明,试验组日增重较对照组提高1.73%(P0.05),料肉比较对照组低4.72%(P0.05),试验组营养物质表观消化率高于对照组,干物质提高1.06%(P0.05)、能量提高1.98%(P0.05)、粗蛋白质提高5.03%(P0.05)、粗纤维提高13.27%(P0.05)。添加BPSE可有效地提高日增重和饲料转化率。

Abstract:120 piglets were used which were fifty days old and 16 kilograms in this test,and they were grouped with the contrast group and the test group.The piglets in the contrast group were raised with Corn——Soya-bean diet,and those in the test group were raised with 50% Soya-bean and energy raw material from the nonconventional plant and Bio-Protein-Specific Enzyme.The results showed that The daily gain of the piglets in the test group were 1.73% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group(P>0.05),and the feed conversion efficiency of the piglets in the test group were 4.72% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group (P>0.05),and the apparent digestibility of dry matter of the piglets in the test group were1.06% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group (P>0.05),and the energy of the piglets in the test group were 1.98% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group(P>0.05),and the Crude protein of the piglets in the test group were 5.03% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group (P>0.05),and the Crude Fiber of the piglets in the test group were 13.27% higher than that of the piglets in the contrast group(P<0.05). The daily gain and the feed conversion efficiency of the piglets could be improved by using BPSE.
