| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区的发展问题是目前新农村建设的重点和难点之一.欠发达地区的区域特性,将扶贫开发与新农村建设相结合,通过探讨两者的区别与联系,归纳实施原则,并结合马落桥村建设实例进一步阐述扶贫助力新农村建设的现实意义,以期对我国欠发达地区的新农村建设提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | The development of underdeveloped regions was one of the key and difficult issues in the new rural construction. Based on the regional characteristics of undeveloped areas, poverty alleviation and new rural construction was combined. And principle was inductived by discussing difference and connection of them. Combining with an instance of construction to the Maluoqiao village, practical significance of the new rural construction assisted by poverty alleviation was further interpretated, in order to provide reference to the new rural construction in undeveloped areas of China. |
