杀菌剂对火龙果革节孢属病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定19种杀菌剂对火龙果革节孢属病菌(Scytalidium sp.)的室内毒力。结果表明,有10种杀菌剂对病菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用;对该10种杀菌剂EC50值和毒力回归方程中斜率比较分析认为,腈菌唑的毒力效果最好,其次为丙环唑、苯醚甲环唑、咪鲜胺及咪鲜胺锰盐4种杀菌剂,异菌脲、氟硅唑+恶唑菌酮、多菌灵3种杀菌剂抑菌能力也较强。以上8种杀菌剂均可作为防治火龙果革节孢属病菌的有效药剂。

Abstract:Toxicity test of nineteen fungicides on Scytalidium sp.causing pitaya fruit rot was carried by growth rate method and the ten fungicides inhibiting the pathogen hypha growth better were analyzed according to their EC50 value and slope of toxicity regression equation.The results showed that toxicity of myclobutanil was strongest to the pathogen hypha growth,followed by propiconazole,difenoconazole,prochloraz,and sporgon.The toxicities of iprodione,flusilazole+famoxadone,carbendazim were also strong correspondingly.These 8 fungicides were the first choose to control Scytalidium disease of pitaya fruit.
