山苦茶矿物质元素的含量和形态初步分析

摘    要:以海南山苦茶叶为原料,采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法对不同产地山苦茶叶元素含量进行比较,并对万宁产山苦茶叶、茶渣及其经热水浸提后乙醇沉淀法分离的水溶性粗多糖中的14种矿物质元素含量进行了分析。结果表明:山苦茶叶水溶性粗多糖得率为16.7%,山苦茶叶中14种元素含量由高到低顺序依次为常量元素钾、钙、镁、钠、硫、磷和微量元素钡、锰、铁、锌、铜、铬、钼、铍。不同地区的山苦茶叶各元素含量稍有不同,总体差异不大。对茶渣和粗多糖的各元素含量及其形态分布分析发现,山苦茶各元素(除钾外)的不溶态(36.9%~94.2%)均大于可溶态(2.45%~53.8%),茶渣中仍有大量的营养元素有待研究和利用。

Abstract:Mallotus furetianus in different area of Hainan was selected as material,the elements of which were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.And 14 elements content of the tea from Wanning and the tea residue and water soluble polysaccharides which were apart from M.furetianus by hot water extraction and ethanol deposition method were also determined.The results showed that water soluble polysaccharides yield ratio from M.furetianus was 16.7%.The elements content order presumedly was the macroelements k,Ca,Mg,Na,S,P and trace elements Ba,Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Cr,Mo,Be.M.furetianus from different areas have little difference,no much difference in all.After the elements content determination and primary analysis of speciation in the tea,we found that no soluble speciation elements except k(36.9%~94.2%) were more than water soluble speciation(2.45%~53.8%),the tea residue worth to be research and used for having a lot of elements left.
