摘    要:在控水条件下,以中椒7号为试验材料,对结果初期、结果盛期和结果末期植株的根系活力、叶绿素、MDA、可溶性糖含量等进行了测定。结果显示:相同控水条件下,结果初期和结果末期MDA含量升高显著,结果盛期则增幅较小,且结果盛期较其他2个时期可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量升高较多,根冠比变化较大。这说明结果初期和结果末期对水分处理较敏感,不适宜进行控水,而结果盛期内,中椒7号的生理调节能力较其他2个时期强,适当水分胁迫处理不会使植物受到伤害。因此,建议在结果盛期进行适度控水来提高甜椒的水分利用效率。

Abstract:The effects of water stress on physiological and biochemical characters of sweet pepper were studied in early,blooming and late fruit stages.The results showed that the content of MDA was higher,but soluble sugar content was lower in early and late fruit stages than blooming stages,so was the content of solute protein.The study suggested that the sweet pepper was less harmful in blooming fruit stage under water stress.Thus,water use efficiency can be increased through control irrigation in blooming fruit stage.
