中草药杀菌剂LS-1对番茄叶霉病的防治效果

摘    要:测定了未加助剂的LS-1对番茄叶霉病的田间防效及诱导抗病作用,并进行了助剂筛选,测定了助LS-1对番茄叶霉病的施药适期及接种防治效果。结果表明,LS-1对番茄叶霉病的田间防效达到62.46%,显著好于植物源药剂邻烯丙基苯酚、生物药剂宁南霉素和常用化学药剂甲基托布津。LS-1可提高番茄叶片内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,具有诱导番茄产生抗叶霉病的能力。以适当的比例加入大豆油和生化黄腐酸后对番茄叶霉病的接种防治效果提高到79.36%,最佳施药时期为病菌侵入前7d至侵入后7d,防效在54.09%~86.90%之间,施药间隔期5~7d。40.00和20.00g·L-1的助LS-1对番茄叶霉病的接种防效分别为89.80%和86.35%,显著优于常用化学药剂甲基托布津、生物药剂宁南霉素和植物源药剂邻烯丙基苯酚。

Abstract:This experiment showed that control effect of LS-1 (under the concentration of 20.00 g·L-1) on tomato leaf mould was 62.46% , significantly better than the chemical fungicide thiophanate-methyl, botanic fungicide 2-allyl phenol and bio-fungicide ningnanmycin. The activity of PAL, POD and PPO in tomato leaves induced by LS-1 simultaneously reached peaks at the seventh day, was significantly higher than non-treatment, which indicated that LS-1 could induced the capacity of tomato to resist to Fulvia fulva invading. LS-1 mixed with bean oil and Biotechnology fulvic acid (BFA) at appropriate proportion could increase the control effect to 79.36% (under inoculation condition). Applying LS-1 mixed with bean oil and BFA every five to seven days through seven days before and after fungus invading, the tomatoes could get 54.09%-86.90% control effect (under inoculation condition). Inoculation experiment showed that control effect of LS-1 at the concentration of 40.00 and 20.00 g·L-1 (mixed with bean oil and BFA) were of 89.80% and 86.35% control effect, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of thiophanate-methyl, 2-allyl phenol and ningnanmycin.
