| 摘 要： | 猪肉作为人们重要的肉食性食品,其品质的好坏直接与人类的健康相关,诸如肥胖症的发生,以及有人类肥胖症所引发的心血管疾病、Ⅱ型糖尿病、高血压和癌症等。而猪体内脂肪沉积的多少是影响猪肉品质的重要因素。因此深入研究猪脂肪组织代谢规律及其脂肪细胞分化的机理不但对提高猪肉品质有重要的价值,而且对于预防和治疗威胁人类健康的疾病有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Pork is important animality food, and its quality directly correlates human health,such as obesity and cardiovascular disease, Ⅱ diabetes, hypertension and cancer and so on. Swine fatty deposition in organism is a important factor which influences pork quality. So further study of the metabolic regularity of swine adipose tissue and the mechanism of adipocyte differentiation, which become important value not only for improving pork quality, but also for precaution and curing the disease which threatens human health. |
