香蕉抗束顶病株系的筛选

通过田间调查，从闽南地区束顶病发生较为严重的台湾蕉和天宝蕉的蕉园中，分别选出４株和３株优良单株．取优良单株吸芽进行试管培养离体繁殖．试管苗用带毒的香蕉叶片汁液传毒和病健株混合培养，经血清学检测表明，并不会传毒．网室蚜虫传毒使绝大多数的健株在网室或在后来移入田间种植后，染上束顶病病毒．从蚜虫传毒的处理组合中选出一个有希望的抗束顶病株系，５ａ来生长结果正常

Selection for Banana Clone Resistance to Banana Bunchy Top

Through an investigation of banana plants in the orchard where the disease incidence was considerable severe in southern Fujian, 4 and 3 excellent plants were selected from cultivar Taiwanjiao and Tianbaojiao, respectively. The suckers were used as the explant of propagation in vitro. The disease could not be transmitted by either sap inoculation or co culture of healthy with diseased plantlets, but could be transmitted by the banana aphid. Most of banana plants were infected in glasshouse or in the field. Only one individual resistant to banana bunchy top was selected. The plant and its clones were all resistant. The mother plant normally fruited for 25-30 kg annually in the past 5 years.
