摘    要:运用DEA方法,对中国19个玉米产区2000年以来玉米生产二次相对效率进行评价研究。结果表明:各产区2006-2008年的玉米生产技术效率均值整体上高于2000~2002年的技术效率均值。参考效率和当前效率的相对大小及其变化影响玉米产区的二次相对效率。以二次相对效率作为玉米生产效率的评价标准能消除各产区生产条件差异的影响,体现各产区因实际努力而产生的效率,评价结果对每个产区均具有激励作用。

Abstract:The authors assessed the two-stage relative efficiencies of 19 major maize producing areas since 2000 in China. The results showed that the average technical efficiencies on maize production of 19 areas from 2006 to 2008 were higher than those from 2000 to 2002. And we took the technical efficiency from 2000 to 2002 as reference efficiency, while those from 2006 to 2008 as current efficiency. The relative values and change trends between reference efficiency and current efficiency of each area effected its two-stage relative efficiencies. So, we can eliminate the effects of production conditions and get the objective relative efficiencies by taking two-stage relative efficiency as evaluation standard of each maize producing areas, and the results can incentive each maize producing areas.
