尾水管的改型设计与CFD分析

摘    要:结合伊朗塔里干电站项目,将普通尾水管改型设计成窄高型尾水管。根据不同的来流条件,分别计算了三种工况,并通过CFD分析比较得出:虽然窄高型尾水管比普通尾水管回能系数略小,即效率略小,但窄高型尾水管内的涡带比普通尾水管小,表明尾水管中的压力脉动小,其运行的稳定性好,窄高型尾水管可以代替普通尾水管。

Abstract:Combined with the Taligan Powerplant Project of Ir an , common draft tube is remodeled to high-and-narrow type draft tube. According to different inflow conditions, three operating conditions of three kinds of dr aft tubes are calculated respectively, and conclusions are deduced by CFD analys is: Compared with common draft tube, the energy recovery factor of the high-and- narrow type draft tube is somewhat smaller, and the efficiency is smaller than t hat of the common draft tube; whereas, it is more difficult for the high-and-n arrow type draft tube to form vortex strip than the common draft tube, which ind icates the pressure pulsation is smaller in the high-and narrow-type draft tub e and the stability is better, so the high-and-narrow type draft tube can rep laces the common draft tube.
