摘    要:采用收获前不同时期人工割蔓、不同时期不同药剂、不同剂量杀青的方法,研究对马铃薯块茎带菌及产量的影响,结果表明:无论哪种处理收获时薯块均未发病,但收获薯块在常温下保湿培养30 d后,均有发病,同时各处理之间无明显差异;药剂杀青每667 m2使用百草枯的用药量越大,杀青效果越好;人工割蔓和药剂杀青对马铃薯鲜薯产量有明显影响,减产幅度达12.9%~31.8%;并且薯块的淀粉含量均低于对照。

Abstract:Different artificial seedling cutting periods, different medicaments and dosages of chemical vine killing at different pre harvest periods were carried out to study the effects of Phytophthora infestans on potato tubers and yield. The results indicated that potato late blight didn’t occur in all treatments at harvesting stage, but the disease occurred at post harvest stage if keeping moisture and normal temperature in the room for 30 days, and there were no significant differences between different treatments. The higher the dosage of paraquat per 667 m2, the better the effect. Artificial seedling cutting and chemical vine killing had obvious effect on tuber yield. After treatment, starch content was decreased.
