上海地区菜青虫对杀灭菊酯等抗药性的调查研究

摘    要:1987、1988两年内用杀灭菊酯等杀虫剂对上海县七一乡,青浦县青东农场和松江县五里塘乡三地的菜青虫进行室内外试验。室内毒力测定表明三地的菜青虫对杀灭菊酯等已产生了不同程度的抗药性。若与较敏感种群相比,三地菜青虫对杀灭菊酯分别产生了34.2倍、37~50倍和16倍的抗药性,对乙酰甲胺磷产生了2.5~8.5倍抗药性,对敌百虫至少产生了378倍抗药性。芝麻油对杀灭菊酯、氟氰菊酯具增效作用,配比为10∶1时,增效比分别为3.02~4.39,1.18~1.23。田间试验对氟氰菊酯有15%的增效效果。田间试验表明,杀灭菊酯防效中等,亩用量6g(ai),处理后10天药效不到80%。氟氰菊酯防效较好,亩用量4g(ai),10天药效在90%以上。喹硫磷对菜青虫防效高,乙酰甲胺磷和敌百虫防效低。

Abstract:The toxicity and efficacy of fenvalerate etc.to cabbage worm were tested in Qiyi township Shanghai county,Qingdong farm Qingpu county and Wulitang township Songjiang county Shanghai city in 1987 and 1988.The result of toxicity test showed that cabbage worm strains collected from three localities had devel- oped resistance to fenvalerate etc.to earing degrees.As compared with a more susceptible strain,the resistant capacity of three strains increased 34.2,37-50, and 16 fold to fenvalerate respectively,2.5-8.5 fold to acephate,at least 378 fold to trichlorphon.The addition of certain sesame oil (10:1)has synergism to fenvalerate and flucythrinate.The synergisted ratio was 3.02-4.39 and 1.18-1.23 respectively and the effectiveness of the latter was increased by 15% in efficacy to flucythrinate.The efficacy test showed that fenvalerate had medium effectiveness because the effectiveness was under 80% on tenth day after using the fenvalerate 6 g per mu against cabbage worm.Flueythrinate & quinalphos had high effective- ness and acephate & trichlorphon had low effectiveness against it.
