摘    要:本研究对影响农杆菌介导的马铃薯转基因植株再生的基因型和激素两个因素进行了探讨。试验结果表明,基因型对愈伤诱导率和芽诱导率均有很大影响,不同品种的愈伤诱导率为72.22%~95.83%,最高的是"Russet Burbank";芽分化率为0~11.54%,最高的是"费乌瑞它"。不同6-BA和NAA浓度对加拿大品种"Russet Burbank"的愈伤诱导和不定芽分化有明显影响,6-BA在2.5 mg/L和NAA 0.2~0.3 mg/L的处理愈伤诱导率最高,每块芽数以2.5 mg/L 6-BA和0.1 mg/L NAA最高。NAA浓度影响叶盘的愈伤诱导率且有一定的后效作用。

Abstract:The factors affecting plant regeneration of transgenic potato,genotype and hormones,were analyzed in this study.The results showed that potato genotypes affected callus and adventitious bud formation.The frequencies of callus of five varieties varied from 72.22% to 95.83% and the most efficient varieties was "Russet Burbank";the frequencies of adventitious bud formation was 0-11.54% and the best responded genotype was "Favorita".The combination of 6-BA and NAA evidently influenced the formation of "Russet Burbank" callus and adventitious bud;The induction frequency of callus was highest in the medium with 2.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2-0.3 mg/L NAA;The best frequency of adventitious buds formation was obtained in the medium with 2.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA.The concentration of NAA influenced callus formation from leaf discs with post-effect.
