| 摘 要： | 选用胎衣不下奶牛9例(试验组),产后健康奶牛9例(对照组),试验组产犊后8h服用中西兽药合剂"胎衣顺畅",并分别在产后8h、12h、16h采血分离血浆,测定血浆中一氧化氮(NO)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨胎衣不下的发病机制和"胎衣顺畅"治疗胎衣不下的作用。实验结果表明:"胎衣顺畅"具有显著降低NO含量、清除氧自由基和治疗胎衣不下的作用。

| Abstract: | In the experiment, nine placental retention cows were fed with medicament Tai Yi Shun Chang at 8h after parturition; nine healthy postpartum cows were used as experiment animals were used as control. Testing plasma were taken at 8, 12 h, 16 h after treatment and used to determine the changes of NO, GSH-Px, MDA, to find out the factors that were related to placental retention and effect of the medicament.The results showed that Tai Yi Shun Chang decreased the level of plasma NO concentration, eliminated OFR and cured placental retention. |
