植物生长调节剂对蝴蝶兰花芽分化与发育的影响

摘    要:研究了6-BA、B_9、PP_(333)、GA、TDZ等植物生长调节剂的处理浓度和处理方式对蝴蝶兰花芽分化和发育的影响,结果显示,采用植物生长调节剂凋控蝴蝶兰花芽分化时,喷施处理的效果优于涂抹处理,其中用6-BA 25 mg/L喷施处理可以显著地促进蝴蝶兰花芽分化和发育.

Abstract:Two experiments were performed to determine how different plant growth regulators concentrations and application methods influenced Phalaenopsis flower bud differentiation and growth.The results indicated that spraying treatment method was better than daubing treatment,and flower bud differentiation and growth was markedly promoted by spaying 25 mg/L6-BA.
