摘 要: | 为挖掘利用优质百脉根种质资源,促进其育种工作,采用田间调查和室内考种分析两种方法,对引进的69份俄罗斯百脉根种质材料的9个农艺性状进行了鉴定和评价。结果表明,69份材料各具特点,差异明显,类型广泛。单株重变异系数最大,为57.58%,变异明显;生育期变异系数最小,仅为6.92%。通过主成分分析,从9个农艺性状中提取出3个主成分因子,即草产量、生育期(成熟)和千粒重,提供的信息量占全部信息量的87.468%。利用这3个主成分因子进行系统聚类,将69份俄罗斯百脉根种质材料划分为三大类群。第Ⅰ类群属晚熟半匍匐中产型材料,第Ⅱ类群属早熟匍匐低产型材料,第Ⅲ类群属中熟直立高产型材料。结果表明,第Ⅲ类群材料综合产量性状最好。

Identification and evaluation on agronomic traits of Lotus corniculatus germplasm resources from Russia |

Abstract: | In order to utilize Lotus corniculatus germplasm resources effectively for breeding,nine agronomic-traits of 69 L.corniculatus germplasm resources introduced from Russia were evaluated and classified based on investigation results in field and indoor.The results showed the characteristics of 6 9 materials had obviously difference and varioustypes.The variation coefficient of the fresh weight per plant was the maximal(57.58%);While the growth period had the minimum variation coefficient of 6.92%.The nine agronomic characters were composed of 3 independent principal components,including grass yield factor,growth period (mature)factor, and thousand seed weight factor.The cumulative contribution of the 3 factors was 87.47%.Through cluster analysis based on the 3 principal components,the 69 Russian L.corniculatus germplasm resources in the pres-ent study were divided into 3 groups.Materialsin the first group had the trait of latematuring,half stolon and middle production;The second group was the precocious,procumbent and loweryield materials.The third groups belonged to middle maturity,upright and highyielding materials,and the third group had the best agro-nomic traits in the comprehensive yield. |
