杆状病毒表达系统及其表达传染性法氏囊病病毒基因研究进展

摘    要:介绍了杆状病毒表达系统及其优点。简述了以杆状病毒为载体在昆虫细胞中高效表达传染性法氏囊病病毒基因的研究进展。该系统的表达产物具有高效多用、安全可靠及成本低廉等特点,认为以杆状病毒表达系统生产传染性法氏囊病病毒基因工程苗具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Baculovirus-expressed system and its advantages were introduced.Research of infe ctious bursal disease virus gene expressed in a baculovirus recombinant was stated briefly.IBDV structrual proteins expressed in a baculovirus recombinant have efficient、safe and cheap advantages. It was showed that there would be a great adva ntage of IBDV geneengineering vaccine produced by Baculovirus-expressed system.
