黄淮麦区18个小麦品种抗白粉病基因的推导

摘    要: 根据15个已知毒性基因的小麦白粉菌株与黄淮麦区种植的18个麦品种相互作用产生的侵染型资料,按生物间遗传学方法推导了这些品种具有的抗白粉基因。结果表明,徐州21、豫麦13和百农3217不含任何抗性基因;豫麦15具有Pm2+Pm1基因;花培28具有Pm2基因;豫麦17和郑州831具有Pm2+6基因;豫麦9号具有Pm8基因;西安9号、豫麦16、陕农7859、豫麦2号、西安8号、冀5481、豫麦10号、皖7107、豫麦7号和百泉3039等10个品种不含供试的已知抗白粉基因。另外,按内部相关法分析了它们可能具有的抗病基因数目。

Abstract:Eighteen wheat cultivars were inoculated with isolates of Erysiphe graminis f.sp. tritici collected from Henan Province to determine genes for resistance. Cultivars were tested with 15 isolates that had been characterized from reactions on wheat isogeneic lines and cultivars carrying known resistance genes. Intact 15-day-old seedling or detached primary leaves on benzimidazole-amended agar were inoculated and evalutions based on infection type were made 8-10 days later. Resistance genes were postulated based on application of the gene-for-gene concept and pedigree analysis. The genes Pm1, Pm2, Pm2 6and Pm8 were present in some of the cultivars tested. Some cultivars carried no known powdery mildew resistance genes.
