| Abstract: | A test where the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the contents of IAA,Z+ZR and ABA in cottonembryos,cotton anthers and wheat flag leaves suggest that this techniqueis reliable for plant hormone estimation.Plant hormones can be measured.using only a small quantity of plant materials,the purification procedureis simpler,and the recovery rate is higher. |
