猪血清中脂联素和胰岛素的发育性变化研究

摘    要:采用ELISA方法检测了不同体重梯度的川藏黑猪配套系和DLY猪血清中脂联素和胰岛素的含量变化,并分析了其与肌内脂肪含量的关系.结果表明,川藏黑猪在90、110和130 kg体重时血清中的脂联素含量分别为82.49、79.15和82.49 μg/L,胰岛素含量分别为37.44、39.77和37.53 mIU/L;DLY猪血清中的脂联素含量则分别为62.59、62.86和61.81 μg/L,胰岛素分别为48.48、46.45和48.29 mIU/L,相同猪种不同体重间差异均不显著(P >0.05),而相同体重不同猪种间达极显著差异(P <0.01).相关性分析结果显示,脂联素含量与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),胰岛素含量与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P <0.01),提示脂联素和胰岛素可能是通过血液来实现对猪肌内脂肪的整体调控.

Abstract:Detect the adiponectin and insulin content of Chuanzang Black swine hybrid and DLY pig by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and analyze its relationship with intramuscular fat content.The results showed that the adiponectin content of Chuanzang Black swine hybrid of 90,110 and 130 kg body weight respectively were 82.49,79.15 and 82.49 μg/L,and insulin content respectively were 37.44,39.77 and 37.53 mIU/L;Adiponectin content of DLY respectively were 62.59,62.86 and 61.81 μg/L,and insulin content respectively were 48.48,46.45 and 48.29 mIU/L.There was no significant difference in different bodyweight of the same breeds (P >0.05),and there was very significant difference in different breeds of the same bodyweight (P <0.01).Correlation analysis showed that adiponectin and intramuscular fat content had a highly significant positive correlation (P <0.01),and insulin content and intramuscular fat content had a highly significant negative correlation (P <0.01),which prompt adiponectin and insulin might be achieved the overall regulation of intramuscular fat through blood.
