大果沙棘引种扦插育苗试验研究

摘    要:本文采用正交试验的方法研究了大果沙棘的扦插方法,齐棘92-2-5号品种用浓度为100mg/kg的2号ABT生根粉处理12 h,扦插深度为12 cm,可提高大果沙棘的扦插成活率达50左右.齐棘1号经浓度为300mg/kg的2号ABT生根粉处理4 h,扦插深度为10 cm,扦插大果沙棘的生长量可提高2 cm.大果沙棘的扦插成活率越高,则其生长量较低,成活率较低时,则生长量则较高.药物处理浓度以300mg/kg、浸条时间12 h,扦插深度12 cm时,比对照扦插提早愈伤组织形成13 d,提早生根12 d,单株生

Abstract:The cutting ways of the sarch with big fruit were studied through orthogonal trial in the paper. The cutting survival rate of Mark 92-2-5 Qiji reached 50 percent after being treated for 12 hours with Number 2 ABT for producing root and with 12 cm of cutting depth. The growth capacity of Mark 1 Qiji could increased 2 cm after being treated for 4 hours with Number 2 ABT for producing root and with 10cm of cutting depth. The more the cutting survival rate is, the less the growth capacity is vice versa. When the treatment concentration of ABT is 300 mg/kg, the dipping time is 12 hours and cutting depth is 12 cm, the days of cicatrizatio can be advanced 13 days earlier than the control, and 12 days earlier for root growth, the ratio of producing root can be increased about 3 percent.
