| 摘 要： | 采用超声波辅助提取、回流提取,以95%乙醇、50%乙醇、水为溶剂从辣蓼中得到提取物.生物活性检验表明,提取物对菜青虫具有较强的拒食活性和一定的触杀作用,其中,95%乙醇回流提取物的拒食活性和触杀作用最强,24 h后拒食率为75.27%,72 h后触杀作用的校正死亡率为44.83%.

| Abstract: | Two methods of extraction and three solvents were selected to obtain extracts from Polygonum hydropiper L..The biological activities of the two samples were tested against Pieris rapae L..The results showed that these extracts had higher antifeeding effect and contact toxity against Pieris rapae L..In these extracts,the extract with 95% ethanol as solvent had the strongest biological activities,antifeeding rate in 24 h reached 75.27%,corrected mortality in 72 h reached 44.83%. |
