| Abstract: | Calliteara melli large area damaged fir forests in Jiangxi Province for the first time. Its morphological characteristics of adult, egg, larvae and pupae were described, and the life habits were observed. According to the characteristics of the insect damage, the effective prevention methods were proposed. |
