摘    要:探讨不同免疫程序对MDV(Marek's DiseaseVirus,MDV)抗独特型抗体苗抗感染保护的影响.将MDV抗独特型抗体苗用胚内.皮下与单纯皮下相结合的方法免疫SPF鸡,以第二次免疫接种5 d攻毒后, 进行抗感染保护测定,比较各实验组淋巴细胞增生病变,病毒分离及大肠杆菌感染指标等的差异,确定MDV抗独特型抗体苗的免疫程序.结果表明,二种免疫效果相同,抗MD感染保护力达90%.

Abstract:In the experiment the effect of different immune process on anti-idiotypic antibodies against MDV(Marek's disease virus) was studied.The Specific-pathogenfree(SPF) chickens were vaccinated with Anti-idiotypic Antibodies against MDV by different immunity pathway at embryonation day(ED) 17 and 1 day posthatch.Chickens from each group were sampled and examined at 7 days postinoculation of the second state exposing intra-abdominally to serotype 1 MDV.MDV were as follows: a) single-cell suspensions of spleen were inoculated onto duck embryo fibroblast monolayers and sections of bursal tissues were isolated from virus by immunoelectronmicroscopy assays with MDV positive antibody;b) chickens were detected to catch the peritonitis to identify E.coli infection;spleen and bursal tissues were stained by H.E to identify lymphoproliferation.The experiment results revealed that chickens given anti-idiotypic Antibodies against MDV at ED 17 and 1 day posthatch,protection rate against MDV infection by inoculation anti-idiotypic antibodies was similar to that in embryos or vitro and reached 80 percent.Conclusion was conducted that two Immune processes were the same.
