摘    要:用不同的铁化合物的作添加剂,以含Fe25(对照组),525(复合氨基酸铁组),525(赖氨酸铁组),525(蛋氨酸铁组),525(硫酸亚铁组)mg/kg日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡30d。观察蛋鸡生产性能,蛋品质及蛋黄铁含量的变化。

Abstract:The laying hens were fed with diets containing different iron compound additives, i.e. Fe 25(Control group), 525(Co. AA-Fe group), 525(Lys-Fe group), 525(Met-Fe group) and 525(FeSO4 group)mg /kg for 30 days. Observations were made on production performance, egg quality and yolk iron content. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the control group and the experimental groups in either the production performance and the quality of the egg. But the iron contents of yolk in the four experimental groups were higher by 7.9% (Co. AA-Fe group), 20.3%(Lys-Fe group), 39.8%(Met-Fe group) and 5.5% (FeSO4 group)than that in the control group. And serum iron concentrations were enhanced by 42.9%, 81.2%, 102.6% and 36.3%, respectively. The results suggested that to get higher iron content in egg methionine-iron could be selected as an additive in diet.
