乳酸菌制剂治疗鸡的腹泻及促进增重试验

将27日龄海兰白蛋鸡74只,随机分成7组,即1组喂粪链球菌,2组喂杆菌,3组喂两菌混合液,4组喂球菌上清液,5组喂杆菌上清液,6组喂混合上清液,7组为对照组。用致病性大肠杆菌攻毒后,按上述分组分别对其进行治疗,对照组按常规饲喂。试验结果证明：治疗组成活率与对照组相比差异极显著（P〈0.01）,治疗组彼此之间差异不是极显著（P〉0.01）;治疗组饲料转化率、料肉高于对照组（P〉0.05）。

Experiment on the Preparation of Lactobacillus Preventing Chickens from Diarrhoea and Promoting Growth

74 twenty seven--dayold healthy Hailanbai chickens are divided into seven groups randomly and fed with diets supplemented with streptococcus faccalis,bactobacillus,the mixture of streptococcus faccalis and bactobacillus,the ascending clear liquid of streptococcus faccalis,the ascending clear liquid of bactobacillus,the mixture of ascending clear liquid respectively after artificial virus infection and appearing symptom . The last group are fed as usual after infection as blank contrast group. The results indicate that the preparation of lactobacillus can reduce morality of the challenged chicken. The survival rate of chicken is increased by 50 %. It has proved to be highly effective. （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but they are the same in live bacteria preparation during treating sick chickens（ P 〉 0.01 ） .
