| 摘 要： | 建立健全多层次的包括经济发达地区农村在内的社会保障制度，是当前我国农村现代化建设的一项重要内容，对完善社会主义市场经济体制，促进农村经济可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。为此，从农村建立社会保障制度的必要性出发，论述了实施农村医疗保险、农村社会养老保险、农村最低生活保障等农村社会保障体系的具体做法，从而得到经验启示。
