主要工艺参数对酚醛胶杨木刨花板尺寸稳定性的影响

研究了4个主要工艺参数对短周期速生杨木酚醛胶刨花板尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明，随着防水剂加量的增加，刨花板的吸水厚度膨胀率呈较显著地下降趋势，防水剂加量的变化对刨花板的力学性能没有显著影响；热压时间的延长可以显著降低刨花板的吸水厚度膨胀率，对其它强度指标影响不显著或使之略有上升；热压温度的升高可以降低刨花板的吸水厚度膨胀率；施胶量的增加也可以显著地降低刨花板的吸水厚度膨胀率，提高刨花板的力学性能，但增加施胶量时要考虑刨花板的成本。

The Effects of Main Technical Parameters on Dimensional Stability of Poplar Particleboard Boned with PF Resin

In this paper, the effects of the main technical parameters on the dimensional stability of short-rotation poplar particleboard boned with PF resin were studied. The results indicate that the water-repellent content has no significant effect on the strength properties, and with the increasing of the water-repellent content, the thickness swelling (TS) of board reduces significantly. The increasing of the pressing time, pressing temperature and resin content can also make the TS reduce, but the cost should be considered when the resin content increasing.
