塔六点蓟马触角感受器的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:采用扫描电镜技术对塔六点蓟马的触角感器进行了观察,结果表明,塔六点蓟马触角上存在5种感器毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、角形感器、腔锥形感器,感器类型和分布无性别差异。对触角的形态和分布特点进行了描述,并就相应感器的功能进行了探讨。

Abstract:The shape and types of sensilla and their distribution were observed and described in order to understand the effect of these sensilla for feeding behavior and mating behavior. The ultra-structure of sensilla on antenna of both female and male adult Scolothrips takahashii was observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results showed that there are five types of sensilla in adult antenna; they were sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconc, sensilla ceratoid and sensilla coeloconicum. T...
