| 摘 要： | 分析家庭承包经营制的缺陷,指出土地流转制度对发展规模农业,发展农业机械化的重要意义.认为东北地区土地资源丰富,自然条件优越,土地流转政策的推出,为东北农业的规模经营,发展机械化农业和现代化农业提供了极为有利的条件.在借鉴国外农业机械化经验的基础上,提出了东北农业机械化发展对策.
