LP3,LP5杆菌的防病作用及其对梨幼苗的促生效应

摘    要:测定了内生芽孢杆菌LP3,LP5菌株对梨采收后果黑斑病的预防和治疗效果,并通过盆栽试验分析了这2个菌株对梨幼苗的促生效应。结果表明,LP3,LP5对9种病原菌的抑制率分别在42.3%~87.3%和45.6%~92.6%之间;其对梨黑斑病兼具预防和治疗作用,经LP3,LP5发酵液处理的梨果接病菌5 d后,防效分别为81.53%,88.92%;LP3,LP5处理病果3 d后,病斑扩展抑制率分别达65.64%和72.48%;LP3,LP5能促进梨树幼苗的生长,经这2个菌株处理的梨树幼苗初生枝长度分别比对照提高了50.48%和21.83%,鲜质量分别比对照增加35.67%,31.16%,干质量分别比对照增加29.24%,20.75%。

Abstract:The preventive and therapeutic effects of endophytic bacillus strains LP3 and LP5 against black spot disease in postharvest of pear fruits were determined,and the growth-promotion of 2 strains to pear seedlings was analyzed through pot experiments.The results showed that the inhibition rates of 2 strains against 9 phytopathogenic fungi were 42.3%~87.3% and 45.6%~92.6%,respectively.And the 2 strains had both protection and control activities to black spot disease of pear.The control efficiency of LP3 and LP5 strains in the 5 d after inoculating Alternaria kikuchiana were 81.53% and 88.92% respectively,and the inhibition rates on lesion expansion were 65.64% and 72.48% respectively on the 3th day after the black spots diseases of pear were treated by strain LP3 and LP5;the strain LP3 and LP5 could significantly promote pear seedlings growth.The length of new branch increased 50.48% and 21.83% after treatment by strain LP3 and LP5 fermentation broth,respectively.And the plant height and dry weight of pear seedlings increased by 35.67%,31.16% and 29.24%,20.75% than the control group,respectively.
