| 摘 要： | 中德合作云南造林项目自1995年实施以来,在昭阳区造林4735.2 hm2,保存率达95.8%.文章分析了造林后取得的生态效益、经济效益和巨大的社会效益.引入了新的理念,引进了环境治理的新模式,提高了林业项目的管理水平.目前在项目已经验收的情况下,缺乏后续管理经费,为此提出了今后搞好经营管理的建议.

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of Sino-Germany Cooperation Afforestation Project in 1995,4 735.2 hm2had been afforested in Zhaoyan district,attaining 95.8% of conservation rate.The paper analyzes the ecological and economic benefit as well as marvelous social benefit after afforestation,introduces new concept and new model of environmental control to improve the ability to administrate forest projects.Under the condition of acceptance check of the project and lack of follow-up fund at present,it puts forward the suggestions for the management in the future. |
