摘    要:采用热加速稳定性试验,以鸡胚半数致死量测定法对制备的参考疫苗进行病毒含量测定,预期其贮存有效期。根据Arrhenius方程,以不同温度下衰减速率常数K估算较低温度下K值,并计算参考疫苗在-30℃下贮存效力值下降一个滴度所需的时间约为2.4年。

Abstract:Accelerated thermostability test was used to evaluate the valid storage period of living infectious bursal disease vaccine ( B87 strain) with kinetic analysis of the amount of virus of the vaccine (ELDso). K parameter of lower temperature was estimated from K parameter of higher temperature. And the validity of the vaccine stored at -30℃ would be about 2.4 years, calculated from the K parameter. Results of continuous stability monitoring for one year were in accordance with that expected by the accelerated thermostability test.
