| 摘 要： | 研究在NaOH催化剂作用下,以桐油为原料,与甲醇经过酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺;通过分析催化剂用量、甲醇用量、反应温度且反应时间等条件对酯交换反应的影响,得到了桐油制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件.在此反应条件下,脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油)含量达到了86%,其主要性能指标符合我国生物柴油标准.

| Abstract: | The technology was researched that production of biodiesel from tung oil through transesterification reaction of methanol with catalyst of NaOH;The optimum conditions for production of biodiesel from tung oil was discovered by analyses the amount of methanol,the amount of catalyst,temperature and reaction time,and the conversion rate of tung oil to fatty acid methylester reaches 86%.The main characters of the biodiesel produced from tung oil meet the standards of China. |
