| 摘 要： | 我国草原过牧,草地退化、沙化、荒漠化日益严重。草地管理,优化草原经济与可持续发展,提高草原生产能力显得日益重要和突出。本文针对我国草地利用现状及生态建设过程中存在的一些值得探讨的科学和实践问题,如禁牧、休牧、鼠害、蝗灾以及游牧文化和生态旅游等问题进行了分析探讨。

| Abstract: | Grassland situation is degrading seriously in China becuae of overgrazing. In the present paper, grassland utilizating state and some issues which exit in grassland ecological construction, such as forbbiden grazing, roddent threating and grasshopper disaster,etc., are analysed. |
