摘    要:运用电导率法对多年生黑麦草Lolium perenne的6个坪用品种和6个牧用品种进行耐热性测定。叶片经梯度高温处理后,处理温度与细胞伤害率之间呈"S"型曲线,经显著性检验符合Logistic方程。通过Logistic拐点确定半致死温度,得出6个坪用品种耐热性的强弱次序是:爱神特卡特顶峰百舸首相球道;6个牧用品种耐热性的强弱次序是雅晴欧必克努依多福凤凰卓越。

Abstract:The heat tolerance of twelve varieties of Lolium perenne was tested with the electrical conductivity method.A sigmoid response curve with Logistic equation existed between the rate of injured cells of leaves and treatment temperature.The semi-lethal temperature obtained by seeking the point of inflexion on the curve.The heat tolerance of six turfgrass varieties in the decreased order were Accent,Cutter,Pinnacle,Bartwingo,Premier and Fairway,and for six forage varieties in the decreased order were Yatsyn,Oup...
