摘    要:本文通过木霉菌(Trichodermaspp.)水分散粒剂配方研究,确定配方为:木霉菌活孢子≥5亿润湿分散剂B13%,B21%,C5%,保护剂UV-1 0.3%,崩解剂膨润土5%,粘结剂聚乙二醇2%,载体A1补足100%。质量检测结果表明产品中孢子萌发率75%以上,悬浮率80%以上,润湿时间22 s,崩解时间114 s,产品各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。

Abstract:Through researching on the formulation of the water dispersible granules of Trichoderma,the optimal formulation were confirmed as follows;the content of wetting agent B1,B2,dispersing agent C,protectant agent UV-1,disintegration agent bentonite and cement agent PEG are 3 %,1 %,5 %,0.3 %,5 % and 2 % respectively.Synchronously,adding packing A1 up to 100 % was needed.The quality detection showed that germination rate of conidia was higher than 75 %,and suspension rate of the production was higher than 80 %,and the dispersion time was 22 s and the disintegration time was 114 s which came up to the formulation standard.
