| 摘 要： | 为开展犬瘟热疫苗研究的前期工作,采用Vero细胞分离病毒的方法,选择保守基因N基因做RT-PCR鉴定,结果表明,该方法可成功分离出病毒并扩增出861 bp片段,与预计的片段大小一致。

| Abstract: | A strain of virus was isolated from the materials of a died fox from one fox farm in Hebei province by Vero cell line.The cell evidently became circularity and net shape after 2 days when inoculated the 3 passage isolated virus.The RNA of the virus was obtained from infectious cell by Trizol and 861 bp segment was amplified by RT-PCR method,which was as long as anticipation.The result proved the isolated virus was CDV. |
