高校图书馆员科研创新意识缺乏的反思

构建强势高校图书馆的关键在于振奋高校图书馆员的创新精神,在当前高校强调研究型大学建设的导向下,针对高校图书馆员科研创新意识缺乏的问题,分析制约高校图书馆员科研创新意识不足的外部、内部及馆员自身等三个方面原因,从而提出调动高校图书馆员科研积极性的策略,即构建合理的评聘管理机制与提高馆员的良好素养等,以期达到创建强势高校图书馆的目的。

Reassessment of the Lack of Research Innovation Awareness in University Librarians

The key to build a strong library is to excite the innovative spirit of university librarians.For the lack of the university librarian,the shortage reasons for restricting university librarian to play an enthusiasm in research innovation awareness are three aspects,including the external,internal,and librarians themselves while the current universities emphasize the tendency of research-oriented university building.The strategy to mobilize the university librarian research enthusiasm is to set up a reasonable management mechanism for employment and to improve librarian good qualities and so on,with a purpose to create a strong university library.
