富含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸鸡蛋的研究

摘    要:10 0只 5 2周龄蛋鸡分为 5组 ,对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验组分别饲喂 3%的胡麻油 ,3%的菜籽油 ,3%的大豆油和 3%的花生油 ,研究日粮中添加植物油对鸡蛋中ω 3多不饱和脂肪酸的影响。结果表明 :日粮中添加 3%植物油可明显提高生产性能和增加蛋黄中亚麻酸 (C18:3)的含量(P <0 .0 5 )。 2 0d、30d和 4 0d收集的鸡蛋蛋黄中 ,试验组的亚麻酸含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。试验 1组增加幅度最高 ,分别比对照组提高 88.9%、95 .2 %、95 .6 % ,鸡蛋蛋黄中亚麻酸的含量 2 0~ 30d呈上升趋势 ,30~ 4 0d呈下降趋势。

Abstract:layer(at the age 52 weeks)were divided into five groups.The layer of control groups were fed basal diet.The layer of five experiment groups were fed with 3% rapeseed oil,3% huma oil 3% soy bean oil and 3% peanut oil diet respective.The acid in egg (selected during 20.30 days and 40 days experiment)were than higher control group(p<0.05).The content of experiment groups 1 linolenic acid content in egg was most highest.The increase of experiment groups 4 linolenic acid content in gee was most lowest.The content of linolenic acid tend to increase during 20-30 day and decrease during 30-40 day.
