青花菜抗源材料的筛选和利用

摘    要:对80余份青花菜资源采用苗期多抗性人工接种和田间鉴定相结合的方法进行鉴定。筛选出一份抗TuMV兼抗黑腐病的抗源材料和一份抗TuMV耐黑腐病的抗源材料。并用该两个抗源材料与其它自交系杂交,初步选出两个优良的杂交组合,田间表现抗病毒病兼抗黑腐病,且具有优良的经济性状

Abstract:More than 80 accessions of broccoli were screened for the multiple resistance by seedling inoculation and field test. Two matrials were selected, one material resistant to both TuMV and black rot and the other resistant to TuMV and enduring black rot. By crossing these two materials with other inbred lines two promising combinations with resistance to both TuMV and black rot were obtained.
