小麦多小穗新种质创新与选育方法研究

摘    要:通过少小穗早熟与多小穗晚熟杂交方式创造多小穗中早熟种质,使小麦品种(系)的小穗数目和单穗粒重可大幅度提高。12个组合65个品系的小穗数平均达到25.9个,每穗结实68.3粒,单穗籽粒重量平均达到2.33g。F_1多小穗性状优势明显,表现为倾“多”遗传。F_2小穗表现出超多亲遗传现象。

Abstract:New wheat lines with more spikelets and medium but early mature were developed by crossing with a few spikelets but early ripe variety and a more spikelet but late ripe wheat,thus,raising the number of spikelets and grain weight per spike of wheat cultivar (lines) by a wide margin. Mean spikelet and numbers of grains and grain weight per spikelet of 65 lines of 12 combinations reached 25. 9 spikelets and 68. 3 grains. Per single spike grain weight was 2. 33 g on an average. The more spikelet character inheritance tended to show clearly hybrid vigor in F1 and a phenomenon of more spikelet super-parent in F2.
