| 摘 要： | 金橘原产于我国,具有很高的观赏、食用、药用价值。综述了金橘作为观赏果树、食用水果及传统加工食品的传统应用价值,分析了有关金橘医用开发、精油提炼和果品饮料研制的研究现状,并对金橘的开发前景进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | Citrus Margarita Lour with great ornamental,edible and medicinal values,was originated in China.The literatures of researches on traditional application of C.Margarita Lour as ornamental,edible fruit and traditional processed food were reviewed.The research status of medicinal exploitation,essential oil abstraction and juice beverage manufacture were discussed,and exploitation prospect was analyzed. |
