摘    要:综述了20多年来转基因猪的研究概况,探讨了各种转基因技术的特点,分析了胞质内单精子注射制备转基因猪技术的特点和优势,并展望了单精子注射与人工染色体载体技术相结合制备大片段转基因猪的应用前景。

Abstract:The review was about the development of transgenic porcine in the last two decades. And the characteristics of different kinds of transgenic methods are discussed. This paper expounds the advantages of Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) in producing transgenic porcine, and describes the application of producing large fragments of transgenic pigs by ICSI combined with artificial chromosome vectors technology.
