摘    要:[目的]探讨离子液体对斜纹夜蛾体内解毒酶活性的影响。[方法]采用点滴法测定1-甲基咪唑、溴化1-丙基-3-甲基咪唑、溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫的急性毒性,并测定不同触杀时间后幼虫体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)的活性。[结果]1-甲基咪唑对斜纹夜蛾体内GSTs活性的影响从经过LC20浓度处理来看呈始终抑制的趋势,从经过LC50浓度处理来看呈先诱导后抑制的趋势。1-甲基咪唑(LC20和LC50)处理的斜纹夜蛾体内CarE活性均呈始终抑制的趋势。溴化1-丙基-3-甲基咪唑对斜纹夜蛾体内GSTs活性的影响从经过LC20浓度处理来看呈先诱导后抑制的趋势,从经过LC50浓度处理来看呈始终抑制的趋势。溴化1-丙基-3-甲基咪唑(LC20和LC50)处理的斜纹夜蛾体内CarE活性均呈始终抑制的趋势。溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑(LC20和LC50)处理的斜纹夜蛾体内GSTs活性均呈先诱导后抑制的趋势。溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑(LC20和LC50)处理的斜纹夜蛾体内CarE活性均呈始终抑制的趋势。[结论]3种离子液体在斜纹夜蛾体内积累显著影响斜纹夜蛾体内GSTs和CarE的活性,减弱斜纹夜蛾体内代谢、分解农药的能力,从而对其产生毒害作用。

Effects of Ionic Liquids on Detoxifying Enzymes Activities of Prodenia litura

Abstract:[ Objective] To investigate effects of ionic liquids on detoxifying enzymes activities of Prodenia litura. [ Method] 1-Methylimidazole, 1-propyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide, 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide were used to test the acute toxicity of 4th instar larvae of Prodenia litura by topical, and investigate the activities of glutathione S-transfer( GSTs), carboxylesterase (Care) in the larvae at different tag time. [ Result] Effect of 1-Methylimidazole GSTs in vivo activity of Spodoptera through LC20 concentrations from the point of view was always suppressed trend from view after LC50 concentrations after the first trend was induced inhibition. 1 - methylimidazole ( LC20 and LC50 ) CarE cutworm activity in vivo treatment always showed inhibition trend. 1-propyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide Spodoptera GSTs activity in vivo through LC20 concentrations from the point of view was suppressed after the first induction trend is always suppressed through LC50 concentrations from the point of view presented. 1-propyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide ( LC20 and LC50 ) Spodoptera Care activity in vivo treatment always showed inhibition trend. 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide (LC20 and LC50 ) Spodoptera GSTs activity in vivo showed after the first treatment induced inhibition of trend. 1 -Octyl-3-methylimidazolium Bromide ( LC20 and LC50 ) Spodoptera CarE activity in vivo treatment always showed inhibition trend. [ Conclusion] Three ionic liquids were accumulated in the body significantly affect the GSTs and CarE activities in Spodoptera litura, diminished capacity Spodoptera metabolism, decomposition of pesticides, and thus produce its toxic effects.
